On May 8, 2025, from doors open at 5pm with the game starting at 6pm ending at 8pm come witness a thrilling match-up between the Reno Aces and the Las Vegas Aviators at the Greater Nevada Field. It's High Stakes vs High Elevation, The Biggest Little Showdown of the year.

This email confirms REGISTRATION and is not considered a receipt unless payment has been provided at time of registration, If you have elected INVOICE you will receive an invoice. If you HAVE NOT paid for your requested item(s) you will be invoiced appropriately. Additionally, per NVSAA policy, you MUST pay for your item(s) prior to the event or you will not be allowed to attend.  Terms and Conditions, which you have agreed to at time of registration, are listed below for your reference.  There will be no refunds given after 10 business days prior to event and 20 days prior to the event if you’ve purchased a sponsorship.

Payment
Your submission of a registration for an event legally binds you to the payment of the associated registration fee selected. Payment is due and payable immediately upon submission of registration, or upon receipt of an invoice (if you selected a “bill me later” option). The registration payment must be received in full by the NVSAA prior to the registered event. If payment is not received prior to the registered event, you will not be permitted to attend the event – and you will remain legally responsible for payment of the registration fees. Registration cancellations and requests for reimbursement of registration fees (“refunds”) will not be accepted and approved by the NVSAA if such requests are received less than 10 business days prior to the event.

Registration Approval 
The NVSAA maintains full authority and all legal rights to approve or reject any registration in its sole discretion. You understand and acknowledge that your registration is not accepted until all registration fees have been paid in full, and you have been added to the attendance roster for the event. If the NVSAA rejects your registration for any reason, you will be advised accordingly and be provided a refund of registration fees paid for the specific event. 

Registration Information Sharing
You acknowledge and consent to the NVSAA’s sharing of your basic registration information with NVSAA supplier partners and event sponsors. The NVSAA will make such information, including, but not limited to, your name, contact information, indicated employer, and employment position, available to its supplier partners and event sponsors so that they are knowledgeable as to the attendees at any given event. 

Sponsorship Purchase 
Your submission of a registration that includes a sponsorship purchase for an event legally binds you to the payment of the associated sponsorship fee selected. Payment of the sponsorship fee is due and payable immediately upon submission of your sponsorship purchase. If payment is not received immediately upon submission of sponsorship purchase, you will not be permitted to attend the event as a sponsor, no marketing and advertising materials for the event will reference your sponsorship, and you will remain legally responsible for payment of the sponsorship fees regardless. You acknowledge that other members/vendors may have first rights of refusal or exclusivity as to a specific sponsorship and that sponsorships may not always be available at the time of request. Accordingly, the NVSAA maintains full authority and all legal rights to approve or reject any request for sponsorship in its sole discretion. You understand and acknowledge that your sponsorship is not accepted until all sponsorship fees have been paid in full, and you have been added to the sponsorship roster for the event. If the NVSAA rejects your sponsorship for any reason, you will be advised accordingly and be provided a refund of sponsorship fees paid for the specific event. Cancelling a sponsorship is at the discretion of the of the NVSAA. No refunds will be issued 20 days or less prior to the event.

Conduct at Events
By submitting a registration or sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree that you, and any attendees, and/or guests that appear at the event under you registration or sponsorship will conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner for the duration or the event – and at all times in accordance with the NVSAA’s Code of Conduct. A copy of this Code of Conduct can be obtained as nvsaa.org. A registrant, attendee, and/or guest appearing at the event under your registration who violates this Code of Conduct may be removed from the event immediately without refund; moreover, said registrant, attendee, and/or guest may be prohibited from attendance at future events indefinitely and/or be stripped of its membership with NVSAA.  

Liability Waiver & Release
By submitting a registration or sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree that you, and any attendees or guests that appear under your registration or sponsorship, are attending the event and interacting at your own risk and peril, and that you assume such risk and peril. You understand that certain activities may be provided at the event through the NVSAA or through independent vendors for your potential participation, including, but not limited to, dancing, games, photo booths and other photography services, vendor or sponsor demonstrations, food and alcohol consumption, and interactive experiences (i.e., virtual reality).  You expressly acknowledge and agree that participation in these activities may involve inherent risks, including that of physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent paralysis and/or death. You acknowledge such risks based upon your own physical condition and limitations (known or unknown) and agree that your participation in any activities is voluntary. Accordingly, you forever discharge and release the NVSAA, its officers, directors, employees, attorneys, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in their individual and corporate capacities from any damages, claims, suits, injuries, losses, and causes of action, of any kind, allegedly incurred as a result of your attendance at the event and/or participation in the above-mentioned activities, except for those caused by the intentional and or grossly negligent acts or conduct of the Released Parties.
