Join us as we cover the following safety topics for staying vigilant and safe in our surroundings:
- Situational Safety Tips
- Vacant Unit Safety Tips
- Landscape Safety Tips
- Active Assailant Safety Tips
Leaders, the morning class will be designated for you at $45.00 per person; non-leadership roles will be hosted in the afternoon class for $45.00 per person.
This class is designed to equip property managers, leasing professionals, maintenance technicians, and supplier partners with essential skills and knowledge to encourage a safe and secure environment for all residents and staff.

| 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Morning Class There will be a morning class from 9am-12pm designated for Industry Management such as: Regional Managers, Property Managers & Maintenance Supervisors. |
| 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Afternoon Class Our afternoon class will be from 1pm-4pm and this class will be designed for Leasing Professionals, Maintenance Technicians, and Suppler Partners who would also like to participate. |
